The ZFL type pulverizer is our latest patent products. The machine integrates the advantages of the super-tiny smash, highly-efficient smash and universal smash. The machine has compact structure with low power consumption and high efficiency, also with elegant appearance. It is very convenience to be dismantled and mounted.

Working Principle

There are many razor blades in the forepart of grinding chamber; meanwhile outside rim contains turnabout gear and moving cutter. When the raw materials enter into grinding chamber through the entrance, the razor blades are made to revolve with high-speed by driving device. Thereby the materials are cut and hit between moving cutters and fixed cutters. The back part of crusher room is screen parts. The materials in crusher room are sieved by rating and grading at the lead of wind-machine, attaining the needed mesh.
